MOUNT EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK

Total Days 18 (Ex – Kathmandu)

 

 

TOUR ITINERARY:

 

Day1:- Arrival Kathmandu transfer to Hotel. (Meal plan dinner at Nepali Cultural Restaurant) Hotel Shangrila . 

 

Day 2:- After breakfast , transfer to airport flight to Lukla (2800m) 30 minute flight and start trek to Phakding (2700 m - 4hrs walk) – (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 3:- Trek to Manjo (2900 m – 3 hrs. walk) - (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 4:- Namche Bazar (3440 m – 4 hrs. walk) - (Meal Plan B, L, D). On the way to Namche enjoy the first gleams view of Mt. Everest.  

 

Day 5:- At Namche rest acclimatize hike to Everest view Hotel enjoy the panoramic view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Amadabla , Thamserku and more. (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 6:- Trek to Tangboche (3880m), visit Tangboche Monestries (Buddhist temple which is biggest in Khumbu valley walk 5hrs - (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 7:- Trek to Dingboche (4410 m – 6 hrs. walk) - (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 8:- Rest and acclimation at Dingboche side walk to Chukung valley... enjoy the  view. (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 9:- Trek to Lobuche (4900 m – 5 hrs. walk) - (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 10:- Trek to Gorekshep (5100m – 3 hrs. walk and after noon visit Everest base camp (5364m – 4 hrs. walk) back to Gorekshep  (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 11:- Early morning climb Kalapathar (5555m - 4 hrs. walk) after breakfast  trek back to Pheriche (4200m - 3hrs walk) - (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 12: - Trek back to Tangboche – 4 hrs. walk (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 13:- Trek Back to Namche Bazar 5 hrs. walk trek end  (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 14:- Trek back to Phakding 4 - 5 hrs. walk (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 15:- Trek to Lukla 3 hrs walk trek end. (Meal Plan B, L, D)

 

Day 16:- Morning flight back to Kathmandu , transfer to Hotel (Meal Plan B)

 

Day 17:- After breakfast sight- seeing tour to Pashupatinath , Buddhanath, and free  time shopping etc evening fare well dinner...

 

Day 18:- After breakfast departure transfer trip conclude....
